how ordering works

with receiving so many orders (thank you so so much) and also being the only person running this business, i am unable to give a correct timeline in which your order will be completed and sent out. please read the below information to see how ordering and receiving your order will work going forward. 

• pick out what items you want and purchase them. you will receive an order number on your purchase confirmation email. i have a banner at the top of my website that will be updated with what order number i am currently working on so you can have an idea of when i am getting close to your order.

• when i get to your order, i will send an email confirming what your products will look like (with a picture mockup) for you to confirm. once i hear back from you that everything looks correct, i will start on your order and will be able to give you a timeline on when you should receive your products. 

• when your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information on your order.
