how long does it take for my item to ship?

due to every item being handmade and made to order, it takes some time to make sure everything is perfect to be shipped out. once you place an order, you will be put into a queue and will receive an email when i am ready to start making your order. you will receive a mock-up of the item(s) you ordered and once you confirm everything is correct, i will start on your order. after you have confirmed that everything is correct, you should expect your order to be shipped and in your hands within 1-2 weeks.

where do you ship?

currently, i am only shipping to the u.s. and canada. if you are international, please contact me with your address and i can get you an estimate on how much shipping will cost.

how much does shipping cost?

shipping to the u.s. is $8.00 usd

shipping to canada is $30.00 usd

how do the items fit?

each item has a size chart that shows the measurements of each item. please refer to the sizing of each item to ensure the fit is to your liking. if you need a custom size, please contact me.

can i cancel my order?

as long as a shipping label has not been created (an email will be sent to you when one is made) please contact me and let me know you would like your order to be cancelled. since everything is made to order, once a shipping label has been created, your order cannot be cancelled.

can you make a custom sweater?
